Meet Philip
A proud product of Marion County
Philip is a proud product of Marion County—raised in Pike Township by his single mother, a registered nurse who instilled in him the importance of integrity, service, and excellence. Philip is a graduate of IUPUI and Harvard Law School.
He is a proven trial prosecutor with experience in both jury and bench trials, and he also brings private-sector experience from an international law firm. As a deputy prosecutor, Philip handled serious cases, including murder, robbery, operating a vehicle while intoxicated, and juvenile offenses. He served under both Republican and Democratic administrations—including the incumbent, Ryan Mears—because Philip puts justice for victims and public safety first, not politics.
Today, he serves as Clerk-Treasurer for the Town of Speedway, where he is responsible for managing a multimillion-dollar budget. Philip and his wife, Christi, are proud to be raising their three children in Speedway.

The Issues
Where Philip stands
I love our capital. Indianapolis and Marion County are my home, and they have world-class potential. But we’re squandering that potential with soft-on-crime policies. Here’s how we fix it:
-
Tackle Juvenile Crime
Teens are carjacking, running from police, and shooting at officers. Our teens need clear standards, real consequences, and a juvenile system the public can actually see.
-
Refocus on Crime Fighting
Back to the core mission: enforce the law, seek justice for victims, protect the public — starting with a first-100-days review of cases with the worst repeat offenders.
-
Repair Public Safety Partnerships
Public safety requires an all-hands-on-deck approach. It cannot succeed when the prosecutor alienates police, surrounding prosecutors, and the Statehouse.
